Live Tracking

Navigate the Google map and use its functionality.

View all your vehicles and their locations on the same map in real-time.

Vehicle pins are marked individually by four different colours.

Detailed Map Tools

A geofence (also known as a digital boundary) will allow you to see everything that enters or leaves the area.
- Create a new geofence

A Point of Interest (POI) is used to identify locations frequently visited by your business or organisation.
- Create a new point of interest

Historic Mapping
View allAccess and review a vehicles’ previous trip information and route selection.
- Navigate to the Historic Maps section
- Display or hide the vehicle search tool
- Search for information using the date and vehicle picker

Exceptions and Alerts
View allException reporting shows instances in which actual performance of a vehicle deviates from expectations. These instances are sent as alerts, and are viewable in reports.
- Navigate to the Exceptions section
- View and interpret existing exceptions
- Create a new exception
The most common reason a tracker may not work and send through data, is because the device has been disconnected. The exception “Device Disconnected” ensures that you are notified immediately when a device is disconnected.

Access vehicle data and identify reasoning of missing vehicle data.

Reporting
View allGenerate and view reports containing vehicle data information. Vehicle information can be obtained for the last 7 years.
- Navigate to the Reports section
- Generate a new report
- Export reports as a PDF or CFW file
Account management
View allUpdate and modify your account details in the Account section of the dashboard.
- Navigate to the Account section
- Update and modify account details
- Enable or disable reporting emails
- Enable or disable FBT logbook emails
- View and edit vehicle and driver information
Enable Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) logbook emails to be sent to your drivers.
